Couscous & spinach pie

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    spinach
  • 1
    can
    chopped Italian tomatoes
  • 2
    c
    couscous
  • 1
    c
    grated mature cheddar cheese
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Prepare couscous as directed on package Steam or boil spinach until 80% cooked Layer an oven proof dish with layers of couscous, spinach, chopped tomatoes and cheese finishing off with a layer of couscous. Bake in 180 degree oven for 20-30mins
