Corned Meat stew



  • 1
  • 4 Medium potatoes
  • Thin soya sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions, cubed
  • 2 tins bully beef
  • Ground ginger
  • Maizena


Braise onions in a tablespoon oil in a pot. Add large chunks of potatoes to the onions and add cup of water. Cook until potatoes are soft add peas and a little salt. Spoon bully beef in mixture. Make a gravy with 1 tsp of salt pepper, half tsp of ginger and sugar and 2 tablespoons of Cornflower and light soya sauce. Serve with bread or rice
