Ingredients (11)

250 g bacon — streaky, chopped
red pepper — diced
300 g pasta — fusilli
peppadews — sliced
fresh chillies — 573
200 g cheddar cheese — grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
300 butternut — chopped
onion — diced
robertsons — Italian Herbs
300 g broccoli — florets

Method:

Stir fry onion and red pepper in olive oil. Fry bacon till crisp. Boil broccoli and butternut till just before through. Cook Fusseli till al dente. Mix all the ingredients and half the cheese together. Place in a bowl, cover with rest of the cheese and grill in oven till cheese has melted and browned a bit.
