Ingredients

 
  • 250
    g
    streaky bacon, cut up
  • 2 t Robertson Italian Herbs
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 300
    Butternut, chunked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200
    g
    Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Olive oil
  • 4-6 Peppadews, sliced
  • 300
    g
    Fussili
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced
  • 300
    g
    Brocolli, florets
 
 

Method

 
Stir fry onion and red pepper in olive oil. Fry bacon till crisp. Boil broccoli and butternut till just before through. Cook Fusseli till al dente. Mix all the ingredients and half the cheese together. Place in a bowl, cover with rest of the cheese and grill in oven till cheese has melted and browned a bit.
