Cola Chiken



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 6
    Chicken breasts - cut into cubes
  • 250
    g
    Black mushrooms - sliced
  • 1
    Large Onion - sliced into rings
  • 1
    can
    cola
  • 1
    packet cream of mushroom soup powder
  • 30
    ml
    chutney
  • 30
    ml
    tomoato sauce
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic - crushed
  • 3
    bay leaves
  • 3
    pinch
    Aromat

Method

 
In a little oil or butter fry the chicken until brown. Add in the onions and mushrooms and saute for approx 3 mins. remove from heat and place in a casserole dish. Sauce: add cola and packet soup to a saucepan over a low heat. stir until smooth. add chutney, tomato sauce, garlic and bay leaves. stir untill thickend. pour the sauce over the chicken in the casserol dish and season with Aromat. place in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees to bake for 1 hour. Serve with brown rice.
