Cloves & rosemary chicken

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    chicken pieces
  • 15
    ml
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    crushed black pepper corns
  • 5
    ml
    powdered cloves
  • 4
    sprig
    rosemary

Method

 
1.Place the chicken pieces in a tray & drizzle the oil over the chicken. 2.Chop up the rosemary leaves finely and put it in bowl ,then you add the cloves , pepper & salt and mix it well in the bowl using a teaspoon and then sprinkle it over the chicken. 3.Cover the tray with tinfoil. 4.Bake it at 200°C for about hour and a half until soft & tender
