Ingredients (6)

carrots
green pepper
green beans
curry powder
onion
stock — beef or chicken

Method:

Boil carrots together with green beans and leave to cool down. Fry onions together with green pepper, add stock of your choice and curry while stirring until fried. Mix cooled green beans and carrots to your pot and fry altogether until all cooked. Leave it to cool down and add chutney of your choice.
