Ingredients (8)

2 tbsp chutney — hot
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise — tangy
500 g chicken breast fillets — or thighs
1 tsp mustard — powder
1 tsp curry powder — medium
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing jug, blending well. Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken, covering well. Cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Uncover dish, and bake for a further 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve with brown rice.
