Ingredients (11)

1 c flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/2 c water — boiled
1/2 c oil
1 can ideal milk
2oo g milk chocolate
1 c sugar
1/2 c sugar

Method:

Sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa and baking powder.

Now, beat together oil and water and cool.

Seperate eggs and beat egg yolks adding them to the oil mixture.

Add this mixture to the flour.

Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into cake mixture.

Pour into flat pyrex dish and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Now, boil 3/4 can carnation milk with the 1/2 cup of sugar for about 5 minutes and pour over warm cake once cooked.

Allow to cool.

Now melt 200g chocolate in remaining carnation milk over boiling water and spread over cooled cake and serve.
