Ingredients (8)

85 g flour — self-raising
85 g cocoa powder
250 g castor sugar
200 g butter — unsalted
4 eggs — large
5 ml vanilla — essence
150 g milk chocolate
100 g dark chocolate

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 Degees Celcius. Grease a 20×30 cm shallow baking tin, also line with wax wrap.

Mix together the sugar, flour and cocoa . In a seperate bowl,melt the butter (easy in the microwave) ,add the eggs and vanilla to the butter.
Add the butter, egg and vanilla mixture to the flour mixture, beat well with electric mixer.

chop the dark and milk chocolate into small chunks on a breadboard-this is easier if the chocolate is a little bit softer than usual.

fold the chocolate pieces into the previoius mixture.

spoon this into the baking tin and bake for approximately 25 minutes (this could be shorter, depending on your oven)
let this cool, and enjoy!
