Ingredients (9)

500 g chicken
250 g pasta — bowties
1 onion
1 green pepper
3 tbsp pesto — basil
250 g mushrooms
250 ml cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Fry chopped up onion and green pepper in a little olive oil. Add the chicken, once white and cooked through add the mushrooms. Once mushrooms are almost cooked add pesto and then cream.
Taste and add more pesto accordingly, also add salt and pepper for taste. Cook pasta seperately and add after.
For added extras, add cherry tomatoes (fry a little in olive oil) and pine nuts.
So delicious and so easy.
