Ingredients (4)

1 tsp turmeric — ground
1 tsp coriander — ground
1 tsp chillies — ground
1 tsp salt

Method:

Cut up chicken in small pieces.
Add onions to pot add about 5 tblsp oil
Braize onions with a tsp of ginger/garlic then add chicken pieces, braize for about 10 minutes. Add tomotoe, and spices – do no add water. Cook on low heat until contents gets almost burnt
Separately in another pot slice up your onions and potatoes add a little oil, crushed chillies and salt with a little egg yellow – cook until soft
