Ingredients (10)

0.500 kg pork chipolatas
0.500 kg pasta — penne
0.500 ml cream
2 onions — chopped
1 green pepper — chopped
125 g mushrooms — sliced
2 pinch salt
5 pinch lemon pepper
250 ml lemon juice
parmesan cheese

Method:

1) Fry pork chipolatas sausages in a little olive oil till well done.
2) Add onion and green pepper cook for 5 min
3) Add sliced mushrooms, salt, lemon pepper and lemon juice
4) Cook for another +-10 min
5) Add cream and simmer in pot till pasta ready.
6) Boil salted water for pasta
7) Boil penne for 15min stirring occasionally
8) Drain pasta
Serve sauce on penne pasta with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Goes well with a Greek salad.
