Ingredients (9)

500 ml flour — cake
10 ml Baking powder
5 ml salt
5 ml garlic and herb seasoning
1 eggs
100 ml canola oil
200 ml milk — or water
200 ml chakalaka
250 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Use Spray and Cook on a muffin pan.

Sift all the dry ingredients together.
Mix the egg, oil, water or milk together and then add the flour to the mixture.

Fill the muffin pans with the mixture, spoon over chakalaka mix and top off with some cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes until cooked.
