Calamari with couscous

Easy, delicious and nutritious. Enjoy this delectable dish.

  • 1
    fresh tomato
  • 2
    cups of couscous
  • 400
    calamari rings
  • 600
    vegetables for roasting eg butternut, courget
  • cajun spice
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2
    chicken stock
  • cayenne pepper
Servings: Change Serving


Toss the calamari in the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and Cajun, and leave to marinade.

Roast the vegetables at 180 deg with the garlic olive oil and tomato. (For 20 min)

Once done, remove from oven, and pour couscous and chicken stock over. Cover and let it stand for 5 min.

While it is standing, quickly fry the calamari for 2 minutes.

By the time this is done, the couscous will have absorbed the chicken stock, and will be ready. Mix the calamari in with the couscous and enjoy.
