  • 437.5
    ml
    FLOUR
  • 125
    ml
    OIL
  • 1
    tsp
    VINILLA ESSENCE
  • 3
    tbsp
    COCO
  • 187.5
    ml
    WARM WARTER
  • 3
    tsp
    BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2
    TIN CONDENSED MILK
  • 4
    tbsp
    MARGERINE
 
 

Method

 
Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add vinnila essence. mix 1tbls coco with warm water add to mixture. mix well. add oil & mix. sift flour & pbaking powder into mixture and mix well. Whisk egg whites util white & fluffy. fold in. Pour mixture into 2 round pans and bake for +/- 20 mins on 180 degrees. ICING - Mix 2 tbl spoons of coco with margarine add condensed milk. mix well and leave in the fridge to set. when cake is baked and has cooled ice and decorate with coconut or cerries and serve
