Butternut and feta paté

An interesting combination, brimming with flavour.

Cooking time: 40 mins
 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    butternut
  • 2
    rounds of feta cheese
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic
  • 1
    tsp
    seasoned sea salt
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Place butternut in roasting dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 180 C for 40 mins. Place in liquidiser and purée butternut. Add 2 rounds of feta and 1 clove crushed garlic and mix well in liquidiser. Serve with homemade melba toast.
