Ingredients (3)

500 g butternut — cubed
250 ml cream — fresh
1 instant gravy powder — brown onion

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees.

Place the butternut in an oven proof dish and sprinkle the brown onion gravy on top.

Then add the cream.

Bake for 1 to 1 and a half hours until butternut is soft and serve.

Great for a braai dish.
