Butternut Bake



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    cubed butternut
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 1
    packet brown onion gravy
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees. Place the butternut in an oven proof dish and sprinkle the brown onion gravy on top. Then add the cream. Bake for 1 to 1 and a half hours until butternut is soft and serve. Great for a braai dish.
