Ingredients (4)

2 butternut
250 g mushrooms
1 can cream — fresh
1 soup powder — brown onion

Method:

Clean butternut and cut into large pieces. Cut each mushroom in half.
Mix brown onion soup into cream.(add small amount of milk if necessary).
Mix all ingredients together in an oven dish and bake at 180 until soft.
If pieces of butternut are cut too small, it will become “mushy.
