Ingredients (6)

2 kg self-raising flour
5 eggs
3 sugar
3 cup butter
1 l Buttermilk
2 Tbs salt

Method:

Beat milk, sugar and eggs well.
Rub in the butter, salt and flour with your fingertips untill mixed well.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Grease 3 pans with butter or spay and cook. You can also use sheep fat to give the rusks a special taste.
Bake about for 1h15min.
