Butter Chicken



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    Chicken fillet
  • 1
    tsp
    Garlic
  • 250
    ml
    Butter Milk
  • 1
    tsp
    Red Crushed Chillies
  • 1/2
    tsp
    salt
  • 250
    ml
    Fresh cream
  • 1/4
    tsp
    Tumeric
  • 125
    g
    Pure butter
  • 3
    sprig
    Fresh Corriander
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Cut chicken fillet into small bite sized cubes. Mix Garlic, Butter Milk, Red Crushed Chillies, Tumeric and Salt with chicken fillet cubes and marinate for half an hour to an hour. Cook all of the above in the 125g butter for about 50 minutes until chick fillet cubes are cooked. Lastly before serving add the fresh cream and spgrigs of fresh corriander. Serve with Rice or Roti
