Ingredients (8)

4 bacon — slices
1 broccoli — cut into florets
1 grapes — red, seedless
1 red onion — diced
1 raisins
250 ml mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar — apple cider
25 ml honey

Method:

Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Drain, crumble and
set aside. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add broccoli florets and cook
for 1 minute. Drain and immediately immerse in a bowl of ice water to stop the
cooking. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl. Add bacon, almonds, grapes, red
onion and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise.
