Broccoli n' bacon salad



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 4
    bacon slices
  • 1
    sprig
    broccoli florets
  • 1
    handful
    red seedles grapes
  • 1
    handful
    diced red onion
  • 1
    handful
    raisins
  • 250
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 25
    ml
    honey

Method

 
Cook bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add broccoli florets and cook for 1 minute. Drain and immediately immerse in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl. Add bacon, almonds, grapes, red onion and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise.
