Basil pesto chicken

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    chicken fillet
  • 1
    can
    Basil pesto
  • 100
    g
    feta
  • 100
    g
    slice ham
  • 80
    g
    Cheddar chees
  • 5
    g
    garlic, crushed
  • 50
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    pinch
    salt
  • 1
    pinch
    black pepper
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Stuff chicken with ham.
Fry in olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt.
Stuff chicken with cheddar.
Cover with basil pesto and feta.
Bake on 180°C for 30 min.
Serve with chips or roast potatoes.
