Baked mince and cheese



  • 500
    minced extra lean beef
  • 1/4
    yellow,green,red peper cubed
  • 1/4
    onion cubed
  • 1
    aromat,paprika,salt, black ground pepper,crushed garlic
  • 4
  • 4
    sun-dried tomotoes
  • grated gouda cheese
  • 4
    brown cone bread rolls
  • 2
    olive oil
  • 2
    tomotoe puree
Servings: Change Serving


Heat oilve oil, add onions and peppers and saute for 3 minutes.Mix tomotoe puree, aromat, parika, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper, and add sauting vegetables, add minced beef.Mix all ingredients together and cook for a further 7 minutes, making sure that mince is cooked through, but not dry. Once done, cut bread rolls to open out like a book.Fill with minced filling, add a generous helping of cheese, top with sprig of rosemary and sundried tomotoes.Oven bake until cheese is melted.Serve with a green salad.
