Ingredients (14)

2 small onion
3 cloves garlic — cloves
3 tomatoes
1 can tomato pasta sauce
1 kg beef mince
pinch dried oregano
salt and freshly ground black pepper
spice mix
cheese sauce
200 g parmesan cheese — grated
500 g mozzarella cheese — grated
fresh chillies — 573
2 tsp brown sugar
1 pasta — lasagne sheets

Method:

Heat Olive Oil in suacepan and gently fry the finely chopped onions and grated grated garlic over a medium to low heat, until onins are soft.
Add peeled and grated tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn up heat and add mince, cooking until mince is done. Add salt, pepper, mince spice to taste.
Add All Joy suace, sugar and turn down heat, and simmer mince for 30 – 60 minutes.
Grease ovenproof dish well an place first layer of lasagne. Add mince and sprinkle with parmesan, add another layer of lasagne, then mince and so forth until the last layer is lasagne.
Pour over ready ade cheesy white sauce and cover lasagne with mozarella cheese.
Bake in pre-heated oven of 180C for 40 minutes.
Serve with fresh chunky bread and small salad.
