This unique concept allows diners the opportunity to catch a glimpse into Vanessa's creative and quirky nature. After a recent trip to Spain, the 27 year old chef returned home with a box brimming with fresh and inspired ideas.
Think fruit infusions, spoons of molecular delights and interactive dishes which require you to use your own pestle and mortar. A true feast for the senses.
