Since his first restaurant opening twenty two years ago, Andrew has been fortunate to win many accolades, including chef of the year twice. All food excites him; from tender potjies, crispy charred flesh of a shisa nyama, or the silkiness of foie gras. They all take him to a happy place of fond shared meals, travels and experiences. Originally from a small village of kwaNongoma, eMaphophoma (Northern KwaZulu-Natal), Sdu is an avid foodie, specialising in authentic African cuisines. She enjoys mostly West and Central African dishes…without limiting East and North Africa. She is currently doing her BTech in journalism at the Durban University of Technology.
