Naturalis sits in a set of revived containers, designed by architect Gregg Scott, who too designed the beautiful Pot Luck Club. The containers are situated in The Old Biscuit Mill where the restaurant is a model for upcycling and a brilliant display of experimental cooking - of course we would not expect anything less from Luke Dale-Roberts.
The space is a development kitchen in which Dale-Roberts takes things back to basics, using simple ingredients and age old methods of preparing food, like fermentation, curing, culturing and drying.
