Restaurant's own description: "Folk Coffee Anthropology is an actualisation of the cultural space that is created when coffee, food, people, and place come together. Eating and drinking at a restaurant is no longer about grabbing some grub! The idea is that we interact with our environment in such a way that we imprint ourselves onto it and it, in turn, defines part of our identity. Essentially, eating and drinking is a cultural experience."

The restaurant prepares food daily and has is also an Espresso Concepts retail store - the founder.
