The owners of BGR, American expats Josh Cherry and Jed Goldstein, aim to give South Africans an authentic American burger experience.
They describe their menu as, "Excellence in simplicity". With only a few items on it, they promise to give you the best version of each one. Their patties are 100% real beef and hand-formed daily using a secret blend of only whole cuts of meat.
They serve single and double burgers on their special, soft buns, and also offer lettuce 'buns'.
