From a business point of view, Zorbas is badly positioned- 200 metres from the end of the road to the Lagoon Beach Hotel. So no passing trade. We benefitted,though by getting a table at late notice in the silly season. After being seated, Zorba himself welcomed us. A charming touch, and a good start to a pleasant evening. Zorba used to run Zorba's on Main Road Sea Point, which served some of the best steaks in town. However, our table was in fish mood, and enjoyed line fish (bluenose) and calamari. I look forward to returning to re-try the steak. (The a-la-stratos sauce can apparently be re-created). Good service, and a small but well thought out wine list completedour visit.

My family and I ate out at Zorba's in Lagoon Beach last night, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We LOVED the food and the service and hospitality were outstanding. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you for making my husband's birthday celebration special.

My partner and I both ordered their Mama's Oven Roasted Lamb. The dish we received was oily and the meat was grey.It looke like they had pan fried some slices of roast lamb. The waitress actually waited at the table for us to say take it away. We ordered steaks that were just okay. The chef was skulking behind the bar and didn't come to our table. The place was empty.

Theo of Theos in Three Anchor Bay now in Lagoon Beach. The steaks are good as ever. The Greek specialties as well. The service is discreet and efficient. The wine list is extensive. Friends and family attend regularly and always a special meal.
