Wesselsbron Lodge is located in the quaint maize farming town of Wesselsbron, close to Welkom in the Free State.
It is part of the maize triangle which is an area dominated by the growing of corn and sweet corn, owing to wonderful scenic views.
Bloemhof Dam Nature Reserve is nearby and is home to one of the largest dams in the country. It has some of the best angling opportunities in the country. The reserve is home to many game and bird species.
A full English breakfast is served in the dining room or outside in the Cocomo Hut. They also offer excellent meals in their A La Carte restaurant as well as a Table d'hote menu in true country style. They are also renowned for their wonderful buffets. Winter evenings can be spent in front of the roaring fireplace.
