Situated on the corner of Loop and Buiten Streets, URGE is in the perfect position to service all of the backpacker establishments, guest houses, and luxury holiday apartments in the immediate area. The convenience store sells everything from washing powder and toothpaste to coffee, jams and condiments.

The deli serves both hot and cold choices, locally produced meats and cheeses and locally grown vegetables. There are some pre-packaged goods including locally made Buffalo Mozzarella, and interesting homemade soups like Beetroot and Thyme and Sweet Red Pepper and Chilli.
