Located just outside of Hoedspruit on a farm, The Trading post boasts a bustling atmosphere different to what you'll find in the center of this small town.  The concept of traditional African cooking comes alive at The Trading Post, with each table equipped with a cast iron plate for a DIY braai experience.

Venison from the area is always available on the menu for you to cook to your liking at your table, and with unusual and exciting meats like eland, kudu and zebra, this is sure to be a unique experience.  In true African style, the menu is simple and traditional, with only 2 or 3 sides being served with your meat of choice.  Pizzas are also available for something more familiar for the not so adventurous, but still a great option for a tasty meal.

This unique dining experience is perfect for visitors to the area to sample some of South Africa’s finest produce in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
