The first "pay by weight" buffet was introduced here at The Service Station and has since gained tremendously in popularity in the bustling suburb of Melville.  Everyday customers line up to choose from a selection of seasonal dishes, hot and cold.  The salad bar is rich in colours and scents where you can tuck into a humble green salad, a couscous salad with roasted vegetables, or the delicious and sweet beetroot mix with gorgonzola and almonds.  Everything looks as tasty as it is healthy, with the home-made quiches being a firm favourite.  They are baked each morning and throughout the day to bring Joburgers fresh, seasonal varieties of their favourite baked goods.

Swing by The Service Station on your lunch break, or pop in for breakfast with a friend where your choices are just as tantalising as the lunch buffet.  With a constant flow of customers, the vibe here is always inviting and exciting.
