Both the restaurant and wine bar strive to source the freshest available produce for the menus from a range of local farmers and suppliers. Subject to seasonal variations and availability, this may include organic fruit and vegetables, handpicked herbs from their own gardens, as well as free range eggs.
They only serve fish graded as the most sustainable by The South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI).
