I am very dissappointed that management of this restaurant relies so much on the beautiful location that the smaller details and customer satisfaction and also the food is not as good as it should be. The prices are above average, and I do not mind paying for above average food, but my experience was that the portions were small and was edible, but not as tasty as I would expect from an upmarket place. The deserts were a disgrace. Very small portions and not what it says on the menu. The flourless chocolate cake is almost inedible and very, very dry. Again, not what you would expect from this place. Could they not hire a pasty chef with credentials? The service was just as dissappointing. The ashtrays were never cleaned. The water on the table was not topped up and the empty plates from the starters were not taken away the entire time. We had to eat our main meal with the dirty ones next to us on the table. It is such a beautiful place, why not give a wonderful experience to your patrons so that we will want to keep going back. I will definitely not be back!
