Country food with a gastronomic twist
Indulged with the beautiful setting it seems only natural to savour the tantalisingly fresh flavours available at the Rosendale on-site restaurant. With French chef David Godin, you are guaranteed a superb experience, be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, all of which are served daily.

The well-priced menu ensures that there is something for everyone, with an emphasis on honest food, masterfully prepared.

Having worked at a number of top European restaurants, David first appeared on the local food scene during his time at The Greenhouse at The Cellars-Hohenort hotel, where he became head chef. After winning the highly prized Johnny Walker Chef of the Year award in 2005, he opted for a taste of island life, heading the team at the exclusive North Island, Seychelles, resort.

With a choice of seating either on the deck overlooking the dam or in the Restaurant, with a log fire welcoming you in winter, you are assured of a relaxed yet refined dining experience that will leave you coming back for more.
