Having worked at a number of top European restaurants, David first appeared on the local food scene during his time at The Greenhouse at The Cellars-Hohenort hotel, where he became head chef. After winning the highly prized Johnny Walker Chef of the Year award in 2005, he opted for a taste of island life, heading the team at the exclusive North Island, Seychelles, resort.
