Wagiedah, if the food and service is always bad, why do you keep going back?

my family and i often eat at this spur, whenever we go the the service is terrible, the food is not good at all, the first time we did not worry about it because they were very busy and every time we go there its the same. we never get what we want the food is terrible and always cold. i will never go back there again.

The Red Hawk Spur, since opening in the Checkers Centre was a firm favorite of this family, my husband and i could have an evening out with the children now men ,we knew that we would have a great plate of food , super service and an enjoyable experience. Sadly over the last year this has changed Telephonic orders placed constantly needs to be taken back as it's incorrect(after being ask to please check that it's right this time)This happened 3 times in the last 2 months.The standard of the food is also not what it used to be..does the Head Chef ever check the food before it goes out of the kitchen..don't thinks so. So sadly we will not ferquent your'e eatery anymore.Competition is strong in the area.. we will also share our experiences with friends and family.
