I must say I was very disappointed; the service was ok, not great at all but ok. You would think if you are going to a place like this they would all know how to groom themselves and would all wear the same uniforms. As for the food…. Wow. The concept was there but you can tell straight away with every meal (we had the 3 courses meal) that none of it was freshly prepared at all and it was been made before hand and frozen…which is rubbish compared to the prices you are paying for…. And what I can’t understand is that during the day they are clearly not buy so why not scrap the day menu and have evening specials with fresh food? I can really see what they are trying to do and I think it is a great idea! But they are not going to grow into the type of numbers any time soon with what the currently doing. Get someone who knows what they are doing in the front of the house and FIRE the “chef” ( if you can call him/her that at all) and I promise you will double your profits within a month!!! The only thing going for the restraint is the day core! Otherwise it is such a flop and I warn people who go there for the first time!!! What you read in the menu and what you get on your plate are two very different experiences and not worth the amount you are spending at all.

Went for dinner here on Friday and the service as usual was excellent. Beautiful ambiance and wonderful food. I have been here many times and never been able to find fault, however I am disappointed in the chips they are serving now. A huge helping of frozen cardboard chips is unacceptable with the delicious meal. Suggestion: how about a few "real" potato chips (potatoes peeled and fried on the premises) But I will def go back again, just give the chips a miss!
