We had a snack and drinks at Newscafe Umhlanga on 2 nd of Jan and the service was shocking, we where one of four tables waiting and complaining, our food arrived cold and not with everything the menu stated, the ladies toilets where disgusting and the owner had a seriously bad attitude slamming the door when we complained! Shocking for a big name like news cafe. I will never go back!
