very rude owner with absolutely no manners or the slightest clue on how to treat his customers. His appearance is not representing of his establishment, and his insulting , condescending remarks are of a time gone by. If you dont want to spoil your time and leisure, I would not recommend eating and wasting your time and money in this disgusting place. Hope this review will help you avoid wasting your time and spoiling your meal.

Well well well, the controversial resturant owner sure knows his clientele Bubbly old man but boy does he know his way in the kitchen!!!If you are interested in a good meal,cozy and warm feeling then Napoli is the place to go! Thanks Bernardo my fiance and I had a great time...Humble staff too

What a stunning meal! Authentic Italian food ... transported me back to Italy. The mussels were heavenly. Will definitely drive across the Peninsula to have another meal there. A true Italian Trattoria. Bennie is a wonderful host.

3 of us went there for dinner last night, and I am still in shock. What a horrible guy the owner is. We got complimentary soup which was luke warm so we never ate much of it. The owner came to collect and asked us where we were from, he then preceded to slag our native Countries and the people in them because we apparently do not appreciate good italian food and we should be eating at a burger joint!! We took this, to my dismay, and got our order of pizzas. None of us are big eaters so left a few slices, he started going crazy saying we were a disgrace, and told us he didn't want us back!! Nice service huh! Totally disgusted by this, and will tell anyone who asks about this place. Also, watch out if you don't specify medium you automatically get large, and the laminated 'card machine not working' is just him trying to get cash. Nasty rude man, food was ok though!! :)
