Waiters have no knowledge of the menu or the wine list. Food is below standard. The mash tastes like "smash" out of the packet. Prawns are average. Waste of money.

Recently ate at Mykonos because one of my favourite restaurants next door was full (La Boheme). The service in cape town is generally sub par so I try just ignore it but the service that I received at this restaurant was by far the worst service I have experienced in Cape Town. After our food was dropped, the next interaction with our waitress was our table trying to get her attention to pay the bill. We were not asked how our meals were, we were not offered another round of drinks. We finally got the attention and it took another 20 minutes to get the bill and pay. Really a terrible dinning experience. The food wasn't bad at all but completely wiped out my the appalling service. I wont be returning, next time I will just wait for a table to open at La Boheme well worth the wait!
