Restaurant image
Miskai is truly a typical traditional, cosy, authentic, and unique Japanese restaurant situated in the heart of Sandton, Morningside. Hidden in a centre that almost resembles a feeling as if you were in downtown Tokyo Japan with all the clutter outside, but serene and tranquil inside with the ambiance and flare of typical Japanese colours of red, white and black.

Meticulously decorated and placed with a Japanese mindset that flows through to the menu and food. Japanese owner/chef Otake Akihiro San serving real authentic Japanese made sushi, sashimi, tempura, handmade noodles and sobas, ramen, donburi, bento boxes, chirashi, shabu shabu, and sukiyaki keeping Japanese cuisine culturally true and authentic.

Sake served hot or cold, this is definitely a place for real refined Japanese cuisine.
