We take our food extremely seriously. We make everything – be it our famous homemade rusks, and elaborate zuccotta cake or our delicious free range chicken pie – right from scratch. We only buy raw ingredients and produce things that we would want to eat ourselves. We don’t use colouring or preservatives, we don’t freeze or refrigerate for long periods. We buy mostly local produce, very often organic and/or free range – especially our chicken, which is fresh and straight from the farm. We cook to feed and to share, applying the same care and love a home cook would.
Resident sushi chef is on duty from Tuesday to Sunday.
