The L8 Cafe and Panini bar concept began with Filip and Nikola who started a gourmet sandwich stall at a local Sunday market – the name is from the stall number that they chose.

Since then, L8 Cafe has become a daily necessity for local coffee addicts, indie beer connoisseurs  and gourmet sandwich lovers. Relax in the central yard under the olive trees with a coffee or lager and escape the daily stresses of life.  Use their comfortable ambience to meet your friends and business associates or just surf the internet with free wifi.  Read daily selections of magazines and newspapers, enjoy a gourmet Panini sandwich or just stop by for a specialty coffee and a chat!

They are in the business of offering patrons relief from the daily grind by providing piece of mind through great ambience, funky beats, convenient location, friendly customer service, and superior fresh products of a consistently high quality.

L8 Cafe is the best kept secret in Joburg’s best kept secret – 44 Stanley.
