One of the worst and most embarrassing experiences I have ever had. My family and I stopped here for a quick drink before continuing our shopping on 28/12/2012 at about 14:00 Everyone quickly ordered their cooldrinks, and I asked for the Mainstay Mojito advertised on the table. The cooldrinks took exactly 24 minutes to arrive at our table, and my Mojito arrived (with an olive in) after all in my group had finished their cooldrinks, irritably waiting for my drink to come so we can pay and leave. I complained to a manager, who said "he'll sort it out" and then I never saw him again. When the waitress brought my bill and the EFT machine, 10% was automatically added to the account. I told her that I am not paying it - she was upset. She then swiped my bank card upside down in the machine. I took over the machine and did the transaction myself - less the 10%. I asked her how long she had been working there and whether she had any training - she said 3 days and no training. I asked her where she worked before - fish and chips shop, and they did not allow her to touch the EFT machine. This establishment should pay their patrons a training fee and allow them to mix their own drinks...
