Chefs Stefan and Jacqui, offer only the finest freshest line fish and crustaceans, which Stefan prepares over an open fire, a  treat to watch. The menu is seasonal, and is dependent on the variety of seafood available.
On any given day a mixed platter may include seared tuna, Cajun grilled calamari, fried monkfish with green peppercorn sauce and wild Mozambique prawns.
An assortment of good wines to choose from, and what better way to finish off a meal than with Creme Brule and a good French Cognac.
