The food at Highgrove is a gastronomical experience.
Fresh vegetables and herbs are utilized from our organic vegetable garden and we support local farmers to reduce our carbon footprint and to deliver fresh ingredients of the highest standard.
As we are situated on a Macadamia nut and avocado farm and have our own bee-hives honey, many of our signature dishes use these divine, fresh ingredients during harvesting.
A 5 Course Table d’hôte Menu is served with an option between two main courses and two desserts.

To maintain an atmosphere of Fine Dining, dress code for dinner is smart - please no jeans, shorts or athletic shoes.
