The ever changing menu revolves around Haute Cabrière's wines and the range of Pierre Jourdan Cap Classiques, and a wine recommendation accompanies every dish. In order to allow guests to experience the full food and wine experience, Haute Cabrière Cellar Restaurant aims to offer guests a choice of either a full or half portion on their meal, encouraging sampling and tasting a variety of combinations.

Dressed in crisp, white linens and featuring a series of sparkling handcrafted chandeliers and colourful artworks, many of them by cellar master and Haute Cabrière founder Achim von Arnim, the restaurant in Franschhoek is a stylish version of its former self.
