Fruits & Roots is a natural and organic foods store with a vegetarian restaurant.

Our vegetarian restaurant produces a buffet and menu items that intend to showcase tasty health food possibilities.

At Fruits & Roots we are especially proud of our in-house vegetarian restaurant, which we think really sets us apart from the run-of-the-mill health shop.

Our restaurant is very much an integral part of the shop which flows out into a light and airy courtyard – we believe it is the perfect venue for a convivial meal with like-minded food-conscious friends (or even more sceptical friends – who often leave converted!)

Open:
Monday-Friday: 08:30 to 17:30 (Restaurant closes at 16:30)
Saturday: 08:30 to 15:30 (Restaurant closes at 14:30)
Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 (Restaurant closed)
Note: Restaurant closes 1hour before the shop
